Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-operative patient population
• Expected to see approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected as part of standard clinic operations
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals and functional outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not accepted for this position)
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility to be considered at the local rate; candidates within 50 miles are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Background in orthopedics and/or sports medicine settings
• Experience managing a high-volume patient caseload in a clinic environment
