If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy E-Commerce Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive online revenue growth across various channels. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing logistics, and ensuring seamless customer experience. We are currently in the process of opening new distribution sites throughout Florida. It is our goal to bring innovative designs and quality products to kitchens and bathrooms everywhere. We offer a collaborative working environment where team members can contribute to all aspects of the business while striving to meet sales goals and exceed customer expectations Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Manage and optimize sales performance across multiple B2C and B2B channels, including Shopify, Wayfair,Temu,Amazon, Beyond.com, Walmart Marketplace, Gigacloud, eBay, Lowe's, Pinterest Shop, TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google Ads. Oversee and manage all aspects of the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion and customer retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, product, operations, logistics) to ensure consistent and positive customer experience. Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms (Wayfair, Beyond, Amazon, Walmart, Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximize return on investment (ROI). Manage and maintain relationships with key e-commerce marketplaces and partners. Support sales and logistics operations, including managing shipping platforms and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Control and manage day-to-day operations, and logistics, identifying and resolving tech-related issues.P roficient in ERP solutions like SAP and Project management tools like monday.com. Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies. Retail or showroom sales experience to close deals, negotiate, and understand customer needs and buying behaviors both in person and online. Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize profitability across different channels. Manage channel-specific pricing and promotions to optimize sales and market competitiveness. Develop and execute strategies to optimize product listings for various marketplaces and platforms. Ensure product information is accurate, compelling, and optimized for search. Manage a vast product catalog assortment, ensuring all products are properly categorized and represented. Requirements: SAP Business ONE experience. Bachelor's degree in marketing digital, administration or related fiel Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketing management. Proven track record of success in driving online revenue growth. Experience managing sales and marketing across multiple B2C and B2B channels. In-depth knowledge of Shopify, Wayfair, Amazon, Beyond.com, Walmart Marketplace, Gigacloud, eBay, Lowe's, Pinterest Shop, TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google Ads. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with a proficiency in Excel and ERP solutions like SAP and monday.com. Commercial and sales driving mindset Home Improvement, home good category experience is a plus Experience with additional e-commerce platforms.
