Certified Maintenance Technician- Convention Center

We are seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to join a busy, well-established convention center. This role is responsible for maintaining the facility, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all systems are running safely and efficiently for events and daily operations. Perform routine maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections Respond quickly to maintenance requests during events Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

Requirements Maintenance certification required (HVAC, electrical, or related) Previous experience in commercial or facility maintenance preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to use hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
