Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:

• Process full-cycle weekly payroll for multiple departments
• Manage deductions, benefits, garnishments, and payroll adjustments
• Handle new hires, terminations, and manual payroll entries
• Ensure payroll accuracy across cost centers and job codes
• Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related tasks

Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:

• Strong full-cycle, in-house payroll experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Experience working with large ERP payroll systems
• Union payroll experience preferred
