Your Responsibilities:

Wound Assessment & Treatment Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans. Patient & Family Education Provide guidance on wound care, healing processes, and prevention. Collaboration Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records in line with clinical and regulatory standards. Quality Improvement Use best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN License (Required) Experience in Wound Care (Preferred but not required) Strong Clinical & Critical Thinking Skills Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Abilities A Compassionate, Patient-Centered Approach
