Production Worker

Production Associate Pay: $18/hour Schedule: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Location: De Pere, WI Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Follow standardized procedures to ensure timely and efficient production. Operate machinery and equipment safely and responsibly. Assemble and package products according to quality specifications. Inspect finished products to ensure quality control standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Record materials used and products produced to support inventory management. Report issues or improvement suggestions to management. Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and quality guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with a team. Familiarity with basic production equipment is helpful. Strong attention to detail and quality. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive motions. Candidates must be able to meet these physical demands to successfully perform in the role.
