Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $38–$54/hour (DOE)
Location: Concord, Newton, East Longmeadow & Weymouth, MA
Practice Setting: Long Term Care

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services, evaluate patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services per clinical standards
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation and billing accuracy
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Travel as needed between locations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active OT license (as required by state regulations)
• Geriatric or rehab experience preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards preferred
