Current DMV printout of a driver's record

Current driver's license with PS endorsements

Current CHP special certificate

Current two-year medical examiner certificate

Current first aid/CPR card

Successful candidates must pass pre-employment physical fingerprint clearance upon hire with DPOLUSD.
