Quality Technician II

Overview Integer is a global organization providing innovative, high-quality technologies and manufacturing to Medical Device OEMs and high‑end niche batteries. This role focuses on ensuring product and process controls that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Ensure or establish controls for products and processes. Maintain and improve the company quality systems. Compile and complete quality records, reports, and documentation ensuring Good Documentation Practices. Participate in problem‑solving and provide input for process and product evaluations for continuous improvement. Utilize equipment, maintain calibration, and repair or modify equipment as needed. Perform inspections per authorized specifications and applicable quality standards, and recommend improvements to work instructions. Set up and run testing according to procedures or engineering direction. Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting as required. Perform additional duties as assigned and continuously seek to improve product and process quality. Train and guide personnel on proper techniques for systems, equipment, and processes. Provide support, data, and analysis to other departments. Identify and escalates quality non‑conformance to support company quality objectives and key metrics. Adhere to the QMS, safety, and quality requirements and applicable regulations. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent; associate degree or related experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience within the company or 3 years in a related manufacturing industry; associate degree may substitute for experience. Knowledge of GD&T, ISO 9001/ISO 13485 quality standards; product knowledge beneficial. Computer operation skills and ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, and work instructions. Proficiency with measurement tools and hand gauges (e.g., pin gauge, caliper, optical comparator). Strong organizational and communication skills; detail‑oriented and organized. Assist the site in achieving its annual goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory, and achieve all assigned goals and objectives. Benefits Salary range: $22.61 – $33.16 per hour. Base wages plus cash‑based incentive program, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call‑in pay where applicable.
