No shortcuts mentality – blueprint and fix right the first time. Sharp eye for detail – focus on tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses. Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs. Team‑first attitude – collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
