Crib AttendantLocation: Grover, NCJob Type: On SiteReports to: FMDepartment: North American OperationsPosition Purpose: Maintenance of industrial or manufacturing equipment as outlined within the scope of work.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.Works safely at all times.Ordering spare parts for equipment and MRO itemsStocking or putting parts in the correct location.Entering parts received into database.Working with vendors for best pricing.Closing all Maintenance and facility workorders and P.M.s in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Receiving production breakdown calls. Dispatching Maintenance to the call. Entering location, problem, time of call. Enter all information when the job is completed into the CMMS.Responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair details, as directed by supervision or management.Capable of working from and understanding equipment manuals, specifications, and BOM's (Bill of Materials).Basic Computer skills.Knowledge of CMMS Maintenance system.Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.Competencies:Managing TasksOpen CommunicationSelf-ManagementKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees.Language Ability -- Talking to others to convey information effectively.Customer Service Orientation - Satisfying customers.Adaptability - Willingness to deal with unexpected challenges or circumstances.Problem Solving - Defining problems and bring about viable solutions.PDCA Mindset - Plan, Do, Check, Act approach to all activitiesReading Ability - Cognitive ability to interact with written words or textReasoning Ability - Ability to conduct basic problem solving (at a minimum).Position Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent GED requiredAbility to work alonePrevious experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferredComputer experience words, office, excel.Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:Required to talk and/or hear in an office and industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 - 12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.Work is performed in an office and industrial -manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
