CNC Machine Operator 1st and 2nd shift

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Victoria, TX, 77905. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery. Keep accurate records of production data and machine performance. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus. Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
