Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for Junior and Senior Embryologists located in Southlake, TX. The embryologists will perform day‑to‑day laboratory procedures related to in vitro fertilization (IVF), including oocyte handling, insemination, embryo culture, grading, and preparation for embryo transfer or cryopreservation. Responsibilities include managing andrology procedures such as semen collection, analysis, preparation, and cryostorage, as well as supporting assisted reproduction techniques including ICSI and embryo biopsy as appropriate. The role involves maintaining high laboratory quality standards by following protocols, monitoring equipment, documenting all procedures accurately, and complying with regulatory and safety requirements. Embryologists will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff, communicate status updates on patient cycles, and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory workflows and outcomes. Qualifications Strong laboratory skills, including handling biological specimens, working in sterile environments, and following precise protocols. Proficiency or training in in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures and embryology‑related workflows. Knowledge of reproductive medicine and assisted reproduction technologies, with an understanding of clinical and ethical standards. Experience or coursework in andrology, including semen analysis, preparation, and cryopreservation. Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in biology, reproductive science, medical laboratory science, or a related field; advanced certifications in embryology are an advantage. Attention to detail, excellent documentation practices, and commitment to quality and patient safety. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, and manage time in a fast‑paced clinical laboratory setting.
