Travel Physical Therapist - $2,227 per week

Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Mill Valley, California. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required. Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative nursing programs, or post-acute care strongly preferred. Must be able to perform documentation in electronic medical records systems. Experience with SNF-focused EMR platforms preferred. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30-16:30. Schedule Pattern: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks (VMS Contract Weeks).
