From scheduling appointments and assisting with insurance questions to coordinating patient flow and supporting our dental team, you’ll help ensure patients receive compassionate, organized, and efficient care. What You'll Do: Welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support registration and check-out. Verify insurance eligibility, collect payments, and assist with patient financial information. Coordinate daily schedules, patient flow, referrals, waitlists, and front-office needs. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation while protecting confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements. Experience and Skills What You'll Bring: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements. Ability to work at both the Auburn and Grass Valley clinics.
