Job Description acub Law is Hiring: Business Immigration Attorney Yacub Law is seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Business Immigration Attorney to join our team. Requirements: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in the following areas: National Interest Waivers (NIW) PERM Labor Certifications EB-5 Investor Visas E-1 and E-2 Treaty Trader/Investor Visas L-1A and L-1B Intracompany Transferee Visas O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visas H-1B Specialty Occupation Visas H-2A and H-2B Temporary Worker Visas What We\'re Looking For: We seek someone with demonstrated expertise in working with entrepreneurs and guiding them through the various business immigration options available. Candidates must have experience assisting clients in: Setting up businesses in the U.S. Navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration laws as they pertain to startups and businesses. Thinking creatively to develop tailored solutions for unique client needs. If you enjoy working with startups, helping businesses thrive, and thinking outside the box, we would love to hear from you!
