CNA Responsibilities Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meal support). Follow individualized care plans as directed by nursing supervisors. Document care and daily activities per facility guidelines. Communicate resident concerns or condition changes promptly. Support a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents. Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed. Uphold professionalism, respect, and confidentiality at all times. Participate in training and staff meetings to enhance skills. Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Active CNA license in North Carolina . Ability to lift 50 lbs and support resident mobility. Strong communication skills (read, write, and speak English). Previous experience with memory care residents preferred .
