If you want to make an impact on the lives of many, join us in our mission to break patients free of addiction and rebuild hope.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 12pm, with rotating Saturday's, 6am - 9amRequirements: Licensed as an LPN in the state of Tennessee.What BHG Can Offer YouWork-Life Balance Flexible and predictable schedules.Early in/early out hours.No nights and no Sundays.Generous paid time off.Enjoy holidays off.Comprehensive Benefits Medical, dental and vision coverage, plus life insurance and disability protection.Competitive discretionary 401(k) match.Recognition and Rewards Competitive compensation.Quarterly bonus potential.Incentives for certifications or licenses.Employee PerksEmployee Assistance Program (EAP).Self-care and wellness services.Exclusive discounts on various services and entertainment options.Grow With UsRole-based training programs.Developmental opportunities.Clinical supervision hours.Certification support.Career advancement pathways with our leveling program.Tuition reimbursement.What You’ll DoProvide CareAdminister methadone as prescribed, ensuring safe dosing.Evaluate and assess new and existing patients to help determine the most appropriate course of treatment.Observe patients after medication administration and assess their response to treatment.Collect and document urine specimens and monitor lab work and physicals.Create a welcoming, respectful environment where every patient is treated with dignity and compassion.Help ensure the treatment center meets all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards.Manage Inventory & DocumentationMaintain medical supply inventory and ensure medications are received, stored, and handled in accordance with DEA regulations.Prepare courtesy and vacation dose packages with accuracy.Keep patient dosing records complete, organized, and up to date to support continuity of care.Team BuildingHelp onboard and mentor new nursing team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their success.Earn phlebotomy certification when required and continue building your clinical skills through ongoing learning.Collaborate with counselors, nurses, and the broader care team.Required QualificationsLicensed as an LPN in the state of Tennessee.CPR and First Aid certified.Preferred QualificationsExperience in chemical addiction.Knowledge of medication dispensing equipment, centrifuges, physical assessment tools, breathalyzers, and other standard clinical devices.Strong data entry and computer skills.Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.Ability to act independently and collaboratively.Proficiency with standard office equipment and electronic medical records.Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsFast-paced clinical environment with period of increased activity.Exposure to patients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, infectious diseases, and criminal justice involvement.Prolonged standing, bending, and stooping.Alternating between sitting and standing throughout the workday.Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.Frequent keyboarding and computer use.Our TeamAt BHG, we thrive on the greatness of our people.
