Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy-Oncology

Genmab seeks a Senior Manager to lead omnichannel strategy for EPKINLY, a marketed hematology brand. The role involves developing and executing integrated channel strategies across in-line business and upcoming indication launches, working with internal teams and external partners in Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Serve as omnichannel strategy lead and digital subject matter expert for EPKINLY brand team
- Design and optimize customer journeys across HCPs, patients, and care partners with targeted engagement
- Manage agency partners, budgets, timelines, and strategic tactical execution
- Establish data capture and measurement strategies; support dashboards and optimization testing
- Lead innovation pilots with AI, dynamic content, and personalization while ensuring regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years pharma/biotech professional experience required
- Hematology/oncology marketing experience and marketed brand support preferred
- Fluency across personal and non-personal channels and HCP/patient journey mapping
- Working knowledge of pharma marketing technology stack and data operations
- Data-driven marketing mindset with understanding of measurement and analytics
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
