Maple Lawn Manor in Hydro, OK is seeking a housekeeping supervisor! PTO, medical, dental and vision are available to full-time employees. Competitive Pay As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily duties, train staff, and coordinate environmental services while supporting a compassionate care culture. Prior supervision experience and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee housekeeping staff including training, performance, scheduling, and assisting staff with tasks when needed
• Report departmental needs to the facility administrator
• Report building needs to maintenance as needed
• Provide daily cleaning of main common areas, resident rooms, bathrooms and offices
• Building cleaning as needed to include baseboards, ceiling light fixtures, and other hard to reach/access areas
• Responsible for keeping the furniture in common areas clean and free of dust and clutter
• Perform laundry functions as needed
• Additional housekeeping and maintenance functions as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
• Must be able to read and abide by safety materials
• Must be able to walk, stand, reach, and push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
