Role Overview This position involves performing scrub functions and managing nursing care during complex cardiovascular surgeries. Responsibilities include handling instruments and supplies, monitoring and recording patient conditions, assisting physicians and anesthesia staff with intubation and line access, and preparing operating rooms and equipment. Qualifications Candidates must hold a valid RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, with certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Basic Life Support (BLS). A diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure is required. Preference is given to those with at least 2 years of recent CV operating room experience, knowledge of perioperative standards, sterile techniques, and patient safety.
