Step into an impactful role dedicated to student growth and communication as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This contract position offers the chance to work full-time—37.5 hours per week—serving a caseload of approximately 50 students, with placement ranging from preK to grade 12. Caseload assignments are thoughtfully matched to each staff member's particular strengths, supporting both your expertise and the unique needs of the student community.

As an educational SLP, you’ll play a key part in helping children across a range of grade levels develop vital speech and language skills that serve them throughout their academic journey.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Washington SLP license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Willingness to support diverse student populations in school-based settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Open to candidates holding CCC or CFY

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state and district requirements
• Provide consultation and advocacy for students’ communicative access and success
