Exciting Full‑Time Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Erwin, NC! $7,500 SIGN‑ON BONUS! We are looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team full time. You will provide patient‑focused care to help our patients feel better quickly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced urgent care environment. This is an incredible opportunity for FNPs early in their career – including brand‑new grads. After on‑site orientation and training, you will work several shifts with experienced providers and receive ongoing support, including a complimentary pediatric urgent care course and on‑call assistance for clinical decision making. Responsibilities Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues Minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.) Suturing Splinting General orthopedic evaluations and management Review of x‑rays (to be over‑read by a radiologist) General dermatology General eye problems General EKG interpretations Emergency management skills General GYN expertise Treating children of all ages Occupational medicine Telemedicine Schedule MainStreet Clinic Hours: 7‑day schedule. Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend. Week 1: Monday (ON), Tuesday (ON), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (OFF), Friday (ON), Saturday (ON), Sunday (ON). Week 2: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (ON), Thursday (ON), Friday (OFF), Saturday (OFF), Sunday (OFF).
