Forklift Operator Warehouse

Position Overview Material Handler – Frankfort, Indiana – weekly pay, hourly $19.00 plus $1.00 additional. Schedule: Monday – Tuesday 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM; Friday – Saturday 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Includes sit‑down forklift operation and automated pallet jack use. Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Accurately pick, pack, audit, and tote products; stage transactions and load/unload trucks. Handle documentation such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading. Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during the core shift hour of production. Meet performance measurement guidelines and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred. Valid Forklift Operator's License. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team; dependable, punctual, with an excellent attendance record. Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate using health and safety methods. Flexible and available for a flexible schedule across various shifts.
