What you’ll bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Florida
• Experience with school-based OT, home health, or healthcare preferred
• Proficiency supporting fine motor and gross motor skill development
• Ability to implement and adapt strategies across a diverse K-12 caseload
• Strong skills in assessment, goal setting, and collaboration with educators and families
• Familiarity with COTA collaboration in a school therapy context is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services and interventions according to students’ IEPs
• Assess, develop, and tailor treatment plans to meet individual needs
• Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting approaches as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and staff to support student success
• Provide education and recommendations to families and school teams
• Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
