FlexHome Caregiver Assisted Living Communities
Facility Locations: Carolina Forest, Surfside, and Murrells Inlet, SC. Pay: $16.00$17.25 per hour, based on experience and availability.
Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a difference? We are hiring FlexHome Caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients living within our senior living communities.
While the work takes place inside senior living facilities, this is not a traditional facility-wide caregiving position. You will work directly with individual clients who live in the community and need additional care and support.
Availability Needed
We have a variety of shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Weekend availability is required, and early morning availability is preferred.
Current immediate needs include:
- Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6:00 AM2:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
- Assist with meals and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
- Follow individualized care plans
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available to work weekends
- Reliable transportation and valid ID
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, including THC
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
