Position Masters Therapist (MST-CAN) – Entry level accepted Location Bronx, NY (Onsite) Employment Type Full‑time Schedule 35 hours per week, varied schedule with on‑call rotation. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends as needed. Compensation $64,000–$68,000 per year Description Our client is seeking a Masters Therapist in Bronx, NY (licensable Masters degree preferred). This full‑time, onsite position requires providing culturally competent, clinically oriented treatment to families. The role involves flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs. Proficiency in general technology use is required. Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Ability to work with families and teens in various community settings. Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends. Strong clinical skills for high‑risk, crisis‑oriented cases. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with family, individual, and behavioral therapies. Proficiency in documentation and technology use. Qualifications Master’s degree in relevant field. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Experience in family and individual therapy using cognitive behavioral techniques. Experience in trauma treatment for adults and children. Behavioral therapy experience targeting behavioral change in children. Experience in substance abuse treatment for adults and children.
