The Opportunity : Join our team as a Dishwasher and contribute to the impeccable dining experience we provide to our valued members and guests. As a crucial member of our culinary team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Duties and Functions:

• Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately.
• Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Sorting and organizing dishes, glassware, and utensils for efficient use during service.
• Assisting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with club policies.
• Adhering to health and safety standards to uphold sanitation regulations.
• Collaborating with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Following instructions from supervisors and taking on additional tasks as required.

Qualification Standards:

• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and humid kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the kitchen.
• Strong organizational skills to manage the flow of dishes efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
