Location Colquitt Regional Senior Care Cobblestone Trce SE Moultrie, GA 31788, USA Position Summary Colquitt Regional Health System is currently looking for an Exceptional Registered Nurse to care for our residents at Colquitt Regional Senior Care and Rehab. Responsibilities Perform infection prevention (IP) education and training while ensuring IP measures are maintained among residents Track, trend, and initiate interventions related to quality improvement opportunities in real time Attend and report at quality meetings Assist with the admission process Assess/monitor wounds and perform dressing changes Care for residents with indwelling catheters, central lines, oxygen tubing, wound vacs, bipaps/cpaps, etc. Perform weekly skin audits Track and trend antibiotics Assist staff by working on the cart or other resource interventions as needed Work Monday through Friday dayshift with occasional weekends or nights Job Requirements Current GA RN license Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross or obtain Basic Life Support certification through Colquitt Regional Medical Center Educational Services upon hire Qualifications Behaviors: Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Motivations: Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Experience: Long term care experience preferred.
