UNIT: 5 South PCU
NM approval

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years STAC required, 3 preferred. No first time travelers

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

EMR: Cerner

Ratios: 1:4-6

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Solid tumor removal, bowel reconstruction, flaps, fresh tach's, new ostomy, tpn/lipid, tubes drains, Ileus

Skills required: Port access, TPN/Lipid admin, PICC line management, no chemo, wound maintenance, NG tubes

Floating: Float to mixed acuity only

Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: every other weekend
o On call? No
o Holiday Expectations: based on scheduled days from facility
