Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, including Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, conducting fit/gap analysis with SMEs, and performing end-to-end integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Teams in large-team environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting public sector organizations, particularly the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
