As a Sushi Line Cook, you will develop and use your food passion to produce unique sushi offerings in a high-volume, open kitchen restaurant. What will I do?

• Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
• Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
• Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
• Possess an understanding of ingredients used and menu offerings, sharing knowledge with restaurant team members
• Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years' experience working as a sushi/maki line cook
• Knife skills
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in culinary arts
• Experience handling sashimi-quality fish
• Experience preparing sushi in a high-volume environment
