About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead with a focus on both heart and strategy, driving the transformation of care, culture, and careers within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team that includes 1 Nurse Manager and 4 Nurse Supervisors, and will be expected to collaborate across disciplines to enhance the quality of care and patient outcomes. This role involves driving strategic improvements in staffing, culture, and patient ratios, as well as representing nursing on key hospital committees and initiatives. Applicants for the Chief Nursing Officer position at the company should have a current RN license and BLS certification, with ACLS preferred. A BSN and a Master’s degree, or enrollment in a Master’s program, are also required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a hospital setting, with at least 2 years in nursing management, and experience in IRF or acute care is preferred.
