OverviewThe Staff Software Engineer designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI and software systems that support retail store operations, associate productivity, and customer experience.This role operates at the intersection of software engineering, data, and AI, partnering with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable, and high-impact solutions, working to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results.This position reports into our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ. Hybrid schedule, in office Tuesday - Thursday.
