About the Job Our San Francisco studio is seeking a Designer with 6+ years of professional experience to join our design-driven team. We’re looking for a sharp, passionate Architect who thrives in collaborative environments, brings strong problem-solving skills, and takes pride in producing clear client presentations and accurate construction documents. You’ll play a key role in shaping buildings starting from the feasibility and concept phases, and ensuring design intent is carried through documentation and construction. You’ll partner closely with Senior Project Architects and design teams on multiple, concurrent projects across all phases. You’ll coordinate directly with consultants, lead meetings, and continue to develop the skills to deliver thoughtful, well-executed, and inspirational buildings that enhance the urban environment.
