Senior Cloud Platform Engineer - Onsite/Seattle Area

Job Description Job Description We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to build and own our multi-cloud platform from the ground up. This is a hands-on builder role — not just architecture diagrams. You’ll design, implement, and scale the platform that powers our internal R&D, AI demos, and consulting delivery. Why this role This is a rare chance to build a platform from zero and own it end-to-end — across all three major clouds — with real impact on how our teams deliver and scale. Please no resumes from third-party agencies or recruiters What you'll do Build and own our multi-cloud platform (Azure, AWS, and GCP) Design landing zones, identity, networking, and policy at scale Write production-ready Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Create automation for environment spin-up / spin-down Establish reusable platform patterns other engineers and teams rely on Partner closely with security, infrastructure, and architecture leaders What we're looking for Hands-on cloud platform engineering experience Azure preferred, but AWS or GCP experience counts equally Clear evidence you built platforms others use Production Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Bicep or Terraform CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) Peer-reviewed, production deployments Infrastructure provisioning Strong automation mindset Scripting with PowerShell and/or Python Real automation for environments, cost controls, or governance Multi-cloud trajectory Deep in one cloud + exposure to another Clear willingness to learn and own all three over time Bonus experience Databricks / Microsoft Fabric AI/ML platform exposure (Azure OpenAI, model deployment patterns) Consulting or multi-tenant environments Location Requirement Candidates must currently reside in the Greater Seattle, and will be required to go on site 5 days/week in Kirkland, WA Please note: We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position .
