Job Position: Electronic Assembler

Location: Holly, MI 48442

Pay Rate: $17.00-$17.60/hr

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, full-time, contract-to-hire

Entech Staffing Solutions is currently seeking motivated Electronic Assemblers for openings at a reputable manufacturer located in Holly, MI. These are full-time, contract/temporary positions with potential for direct hire based on performance, attendance, and attitude.

This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-known and respected company in the automotive industry. A shift premium is available for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.

Position Details

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM
• 2nd shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM
• 3rd shift: 11:00PM-7:00AM
• Weekend availability may be required
• Note: Entech is actively recruiting for openings, with most opportunities available on 3rd shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic components according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and integrity
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Operate light machinery or hand tools as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines
• Support team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Must complete and pass a pre-employment assessment/test
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Prior electronic or light assembly experience is a plus
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
