Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - W2 - Part-Time

Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000. We are seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in Frederick, Maryland. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a collaborative, mission-driven model. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexibility, strong clinical support, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

Schedule & Work Model:

Total Hours: 20 hours per week

17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours

Hybrid Structure:

Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite

Up to 7 clinical hours conducted remotely

Administrative hours completed remotely

Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs

Minimum 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week), W2

Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually

Additional earnings of $100 per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Qualifications:

Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program

Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)

Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure

Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license

DEA registration and state prescriptive authority

Ability to work onsite for at least 10 clinical hours per week

Flexibility to work during after-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends)

Access to reliable technology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet)
