Client Overview A contemporary women's fashion brand is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to support its retail team. This is a customer-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, providing an elevated shopping experience, and working as part of a collaborative retail team. Salary/Hourly Rate $25/hr Position Overview The Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, support daily sales floor operations, and help drive store goals. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of women's retail experience, communicates professionally with customers, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Of The Retail Sales Associate

• Provide exceptional client service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Maintain strong knowledge of women's products and brand offerings.
• Support daily sales floor operations and maintain visual standards.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organization of the sales floor.
• Build rapport with clients and support ongoing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
• Assist with additional retail sales responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience/Skills For The Retail Sales Associate

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Women's retail experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers.
• Client-focused and personable approach.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Professional and polished presentation.
