Grow Your Career.Calhoun's is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join one of our Knoxville locations! We're looking for a hospitality-focused leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing people, and helping create an environment where both guests and team members want to return.As a Manager, you'll be an important part of the leadership team, helping drive daily operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and restaurant performance. If you bring energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for hospitality, this could be the opportunity for you.What You'll DoLead by example and make exceptional guest service a priority in every interaction.Take ownership of guest concerns, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and turn challenges into opportunities to create loyal guests.Help recruit, train, coach, develop, and retain strong Front of House and Back of House teams.Build an energetic, positive culture centered around teamwork, hospitality, and accountability.Support initiatives designed to improve the guest experience and increase guest loyalty.Partner with the Management Team to achieve restaurant sales, budget, labor, food cost, and operational goals.Help maintain strong cost controls while never compromising food quality or exceptional service.Monitor operating expenses such as utilities, smallwares, and other controllable costs.Participate in community involvement and local marketing initiatives that help grow the restaurant.Promote a safe work environment by identifying hazards, addressing concerns, and holding the team accountable to safety standards.Ensure daily restaurant administration-including payroll, daily paperwork, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment documentation-is completed accurately and on time.What We're Looking For2–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining.A confident, positive leader with a genuine passion for hospitality.Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.The ability to coach, train, motivate, and develop team members.A hands-on leadership style and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Someone who takes pride in creating great experiences for both guests and team members.Why Calhoun's?At Calhoun's, we believe great hospitality starts with great leadership.
