Encore Medical Device Repair is seeking an entry level Endoscope Repair Technician who can inspect, diagnose and repair all major manufacturers including Olympus, Stryker, Storz, ACMI, Pentax, etc. in a lab environment.

The Endoscope Repair Technician is responsible for executing the daily activities including the service of assigned work orders that meet the assigned shipment due date and maintaining a neat and organized work environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform the repair of medical Endoscopes in accordance with company procedures and work instructions.
• Adherence to established repair and material control policies, procedures, and work instructions in compliance with ISO quality standards.
• Repair, assembly, and function testing of medical Endoscopes.
• Aid in the diagnosis and service of medical Endoscopes.
• Comply with ISO quality standards including capturing data for analysis and reporting concerns to the customer service team.
• Report any malfunctioning or damaged parts, equipment, or tooling to management.
• Perform other tasks when requested by management / supervisor on as needed basis.
• Represent the Company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all respects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience preferred but training options available
• Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Hand–Eye Coordination
• Operations / Service Lab
