Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $147,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, and other factors permitted by law.

Description

This role leads the execution and continuous improvement of Speaker Bureau, advisory board, and HCP consulting engagement processes. Serving as a primary liaison across Commercial, Medical, Legal, Compliance, vendors, and HCP stakeholders, this individual ensures activities are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with applicable regulations, organizational policies, and business needs. The role requires a customer-centric, solutions-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, streamline workflows, and support compliant, high-quality engagement execution.

This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and continuously improve service quality across Customer Operations and vendor partners, with a focus on customer-centric support and operational excellence.
• Support adherence to applicable compliance policies, procedures, and engagement requirements for sales teams, contracted faculty, vendors, and HCP engagements.
• Coordinate across Commercial, CDMA, R&D, Legal, Compliance, and vendor teams to drive consistency, quality, and timely execution of HCP engagements.
• Lead consultancy contract management, including workflow coordination, contract language review support, stakeholder follow-up, and timeline tracking.
• Support advisory board contracting and execution processes, ensuring business requirements, compliance expectations, approvals, financial caps, and transparency reporting needs are met.
• Facilitate clear, timely communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, agencies, and HCPs throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Identify process gaps, resolve issues, and recommend practical improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate training and support materials to promote consistent execution of P2P programs, consulting engagements, and related HCP processes.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for stakeholders, helping address questions, remove barriers, and support the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or corporate compliance policies and procedures preferred
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and professional relationship-building skills
• Experience in contract, project, or process management/ operations or paralegal experience
• Three to five (3-5) years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry
• Proven ability to work in a changing regulatory environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with key internal and external expert stakeholders
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize work, manage multiple tasks, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to challenge and provide alternate points of view
• Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships that support effective collaboration and achievement of business objectives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to assess risks, resolve issues, and make sound judgments in contract and engagement management
• Experience with compliance and/or ability to qualify potential risks/liability, for exposure related to major projects
