We’re hiring passion‑driven difference makers who inspire children to become lifelong learners. Responsibilities Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support center success. Qualifications Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements. Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. At least 18 years old. Compensation & Benefits Pay $18.42–$19.14 hourly; bi‑weekly and daily pay options available.
