Our Customer Care Representative operates in a fast‑paced medical call center environment and work together to emphasize excellent customer service and our "Kindness Matters" philosophy! The Customer Care Representative is responsible for accurate typing, collection of all required demographic and insurance information, answering telephones and scheduling various types of appointments. Qualifications Qualifications Required: High School diploma or GED; education and/or experience equivalent to 2 years preferred. Minimum of two (2) years call center or medical office experience. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess knowledge of telephone etiquette and experience handling multiple telephone lines. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be detail oriented. Proficient in use of computers, electronic health record and software programs. Possess valid driver’s license, home/Cell phone and reliable transportation. Ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision. Must obtain and maintain a Fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers, providers and clinic operations. Must have the ability to follow oral and written directions as they relate to the functions listed above. Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
