Core Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify, pitch, and sign new shipping clients utilizing your existing industry relationships and aggressive cold outreach.
• Account Management: Oversee day-to-day FTL and LTL operations for your customers, including load booking, scheduling, and rate negotiation.
• Transit Tracking: Monitor freight movement from pickup to delivery, proactively managing service disruptions or delays to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Data Integration: Utilize our cutting-edge Transportation Management System (TMS) to log client data, enter load details, and seamlessly submit paperwork for invoicing.

Position Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience brokering FTL and LTL freight.
• Customer Base: Ideally possesses an active, transferable book of business, or must provide verifiable proof of past freight sales success.
