What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-pressure situations
• Participate in on-call coverage and potentially float to other floors as needed

What You Need

• Valid RN license for Louisiana or eligible for licensure reciprocity
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience
• Epic electronic health record experience
• Current ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, and TNCC certifications

• Experience working in a high-volume or trauma setting
• Comfort with night shifts and emergency team assignments
