Associate Sales Representative - LA South - Injury/Infection Prevention

Associate Sales Representative position supporting the sales of Stryker's Sage injury and infection prevention products to healthcare providers in the LA South region. The role involves product demonstrations, customer relationship management, and training participation, with opportunities to advance into senior sales positions.
Responsibilities
- Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff while building customer relationships
- Deliver product training and tailor messaging based on customer needs and competitive differentiation
- Support hospital surveys, post-sale implementation, and ensure customer adoption
- Participate in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings
- Maintain OSHA compliance and facility protocols during product evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- 0+ years of professional experience
- Sales and marketing internship experience (preferred)
- Strong time management and customer service skills (preferred)
Compensation: $70,304 base; may be eligible for bonuses plus benefits
