Senior Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $85,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review participation reporting to ensure calculations align with applicable agreements.
• Review residual payment schedules and communicate any required updates to the payroll provider.
• Gather contracts, cost summaries, and supporting documents needed to validate participation and residual activity.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and explaining underlying support.
• Support special projects and perform additional analysis as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage several tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Clear communication skills when interacting with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including functions used for analysis and review.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in reviewing complex information.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) of experience working with participations, residuals, or similar entertainment accounting processes.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements including providing a resume, completing background checks, and meeting work authorization standards.
