Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning to create innovative and seasonal pastry offerings
• Bread baking to ensure fresh, delicious breads are always available
• Plate presentation to showcase our pastries and breads in an appealing way
• Ensuring food quality meets our high standards
• Implementing portion control to minimize waste and maximize profits

Required Skills:

• Plate presentation skills
• Experience with artisan breads

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with dessert plating
• Knowledge of scratch cooking techniques
• Skills in broiling and sauteing
• Knowledge of food cost management
