Radiography Technician - Level II or Level III

Metric Search is partnered with a rapidly growing non-destructive testing company seeking experienced Radiography Technicians across the United States.

This is a remote position. All project travel and accommodation expenses covered by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic testing in accordance with applicable procedures, codes and customer requirements
• Set up radiographic equipment and complete exposures safely and accurately
• Interpret radiographic images and identify relevant indications
• Maintain clear inspection reports and supporting documentation
• Follow all radiation safety and site-specific requirements
• Work closely with Level III personnel, customers and project teams

Requirements

• Current or previously documented Level II or Level III qualification in Radiographic Testing
• Experience with conventional film, CR or DR
• Ability to interpret radiographic images independently
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States
• Strong understanding of radiation safety requirements
• Casting radiography experience is highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits

• Level II: $50–$60 per hour
• Level III: $60–$70 per hour
• Double time on Sundays
